✅ US Footprint in the Middle East and Adjustments to the War Powers Resolution regarding moderniza

I suggest that inherent Resolve is better assigned as the Middle East Footprint rather than to spread them over the Pacific Rim hunting down ISIS which is the current plan.   Information on ISIS last year was that it would become very loosely organized in which different terrroist groups could come together, then fan out, then coming together and fanning out again repeatedly claiming that each group of Terrorist could go home for a while and then return. However, this pattern is very illusive; moreover, an identifiable guirrilla tactic. Pursuit of our enemy has already been won in the Middle East and so has the prize and the retribution for the 9/11 Attack. Rather than allow ourselves to be drawn out, thinly, could turn out to be a trap as it was in Vietnam in which China blended in with the Viet Kong eventually forcing US withdrawal.  China is now all over the Pacific Rim: in Africa and the Philippines supporting the Communist Movement there

very conveniently pulling away; however, as the US has acquired battle plans with the Philippino government.  China is also very interested in India and Pakistan, where wealth is supposed mirror what China has achieved with Hong Kong and Singapore is still seen as a catch for them. Is it possible that we would be leaving the Hen House unprotected by being lured off into these far away places when the real prize is the Middle East region? Is it plausable, that by chasing ISIS across the Pacific Rim is merely a way to draw US forces into a China snare that will cost the US its victory. Securing the Middle East region, I believe, is a better plan, less dangerous and moreover, establishing the the Oil capital of the world,  to which China is it number one consumer,  as a US protected territory could bring China to its knees without chasing the spider into its web.   And by no means does the US want to fight as foot soldiers nor guerrilla; but primarily missile warfare; and

Given that modern technology has advanced Warfare to short incursions with minimal costs and given that the US Congress, representing the people in accordance with the War Powers Resolution, has, nonetheless, continued the same pattern as that in the Vietnam War that the people of this country took issue with, realizing a deficit in terms of length of time and financial commitments of the war dramatically impacting the National Debt, the following adjustments to the War Powers Resolution are expected:

1. Extending presidential perogative in

—executive agreements —

Adding a committee of military experts from NATO, with whom the US is a member and with regard to their policy of “attack one and you have attacked all”, that would add constructive opinion for councel but reserving the option of cooperative participation

2. Since we do know that the Middle East Terrorist often work in concert with official State leadership and that Modern Warefare has become the new standard, the adoption by the US of the Israeli model in all instances of Declared War as well as when engaged with any gurriella combatants in the same way as though they were a State military.

3. Based on a realistic perspective regarding the enemies capacity to infiltrate as well as that of special interest groups, that Congressional opinion must reflect the consensus of the Will of the People equiping them with pertinant information for decision making.

4. To control advancing levels of taxation with a purvue to counter the enemies intent to bankrupt the country as a means of Warfare, the President will be allowed to impound budgeted items up to ??% of the national budget and even introducing rationing as a componant of that purpose as the US did in WWII.

Immigration: legal gate only and with 50% financially equipped

- The purpose of Democratization, by definition, is to achieve the highest level of freedom possible within a territorial state ruled by the people; not to continue a dependency and servitude upon an elitist as characterized in European Collectivism. Proof that this was the intent is described by Aristide R. Zolberg in his 2006 book A Nation by Design: Immigration Policy dedicated to an inquiry proving that the US did not have a singular “open door” policy on immigration, as is often claimed, in the inceptual years of building the country; rather, the central objective was to establish a free country populated by a people capable of both receiving and contributing to that purpose: a people with the capacity to rule the first democracy in world history. He points out that the primary lesson learned by the founders was the detrimental effects of European Aristocratic collectivism upon freedom; therefore, intentionally developed a plan of immigration that would proscribe a civic culture dependent on a society composed of strong individualism and self-dependency.  However, a dilemma has developed in US Immigration Policy:  the family system for immigration often times closes the doors to any professional grade immigrants.  There needs to be economic balance so that the US isn't always bringing in the poor.  And why should the US feel responsible for the careless and discriminatory policies of South American leaders who are heavily weighted with European Collectivist ideas. That was the attitude and policy of President Bush who cut foreign aid if they didn't allow their minority groups to be fully enfranchised. And now, as former Governor of Florida Jeb Bush indicated, the Baby Anchor scheme is playing out only its not just babies its hundreds of children sent across the US borders alone; but just as the Dreamers didn't stay alone expecting the program to eventually grow by another 5 million people, its very probable neither will these children that are coming in now who will be used to legitimize their families who remain in South America. The argument brought by Zolberg and many other Americans, is that there needs to be balance, not always taking but giving and with an intent of self dependency and to Americanize avoiding the situation that occurred in the US in the 90s where when prison populations were 50% immigrants and Summary Hearings were occurring swiftly deporting immigrants who were encapable of making it here in a free capitalist society.

Constitutional Amendment

-Social Security for the Elderly,

-Unemployment for the Labor Force

 -Medicaid for the poor.

Constitutional Amendment to Secure a Basic Social Safety Net

Social Security for the Elderly, Unemployment for the Labor Force, Medicaid for the poor.

These are the only social programs we want to Constitutionally protect.  Social Security was created during President Roosevelt’s terms because they knew they were taking chances with new economic policies that were risky; specifically, Keyesnian Economics which advocated negative spending that Congress doesn't seem to be able to overcome even today with a National debt exceeding $23 trillion.  Unemployment is a social program that dates all the way back to Bizmark in Germany and is just as sound an idea now as it was then to cover periods of routine national unemployment.  Medicaid is also another sound idea provided by each State, not  at the Federal level, but undergirded by Federal grants.    These three safety nets are worthy for us to preserve constitutionally for the American people.

Constitutional Protection begins at Birth

When abortion became law in the 1970s, Sociologist said eventually infanticide would occur beyond the womb and just as in China, who legally allows a childs murder up to two years of age, so here in the US  shall it also occur that young children are not legally viewed as having a right to live.  Not only are children being killed after birth but some are being killed to harvest their organs.  This is appalling and must not be allowed in a supposed civilized nation.  If we don't stop this now, Euphenasia of the Old and the infirmed is next.     HR 619,  the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act  submitted to the House in January 2021, is a great beginning, however, they probably will find that law already exists targeting premies. My intent is, however, to go beyond to children 2 or 3 years of age and even beyond to adulthood having learned to be a criminal. More to the point, I am not speaking of creating new law, which in this case already exists, but to undergird enforcement of existing laws that has fallen through the cracks because an particular society is given extradimary rights.  For instance, there exist a law that prohibits people from selling their own body parts nor someone else doing this for them.

This is not an issue that highlights the need for law, but reveals a gap in law enforcement that in our time is surfacing as a major problem.  Additionally, engages Human Trafficking that goes all the way down to a sweet sixteen sitting in an American classroom who is taken in at the lowest level by Human Traffickers to either sell their baby’s, prostitute them or harvest their organs to sell on the black market with proceeds being split with the birthing mother and if she likes that, she can have a baby every year and a half for future income.  Moreover, at the top level, Human Traffickers have the money to buy participants out of prison, to pay off government officials and so on.

The point is, lack of ENFORCEMENT has fostered lawlessness. If grace was given to a society who begged the influence of extraneious circumstances, that under different circumstances would not exist, they have failed to make their point and the proof is that their crime is now done in the open and nobody stops it; perades that include life as a sado-mass is taking place and noone stops it.  Social mores and slack law enforcement in the US has degenerated to the point that sado massichism has found an acceptable place: there are medical units in hospitals that openly specialize in sado-mass medicine, trailers at the back of hospitals where children are taught how to orgy, theft of mens sperm while in a hospital to breed babies for market and where euphenasia at all ages is being introduced if you can pay the price;  child care organizations for sado-mass children to continue their training-all with the intent of enslavement. What is being built is a crime population whose only way of making a living is thru extortion, murder and maheim.  And it doesn't stop at the young age either when most Americans have the right of choice; young adults are gang raped at work just so they understand who they are and how they're going to live and they aren’t allowed to work outside the sado-mass culture either--their enslavement is absolute where the use of torture keeps them. So don't be too hard on China's religiously based killing of the Uyghur Muslim (Epoch Times April 7-13, 2021) prisoners to harvest their organs; we're not far behind.  Slavery, child abuse and Murder is against the law in this country at any age and I want to see these laws enforced to the maximum, including any government official who was bought, in this field of crime because it is an assualt against the most helpless segment of our society, who are children, moreover, a whole population is being developed in our country that purposely perpetuates brutality and sadism unabated. There’s no excuse for it; for this blind spot in our legal and social culture. You think is not a problem? How are your children doing in grade school?

Why Medicare Should be Dismantled & private Insurance reinstated

Socialism is historically for nations that have a significant deficit in resources of production which normally, if sufficient, would enable the country to develop a capitalist base and thereby, a sound employment rate. Socialism, is then, a means of compensating the working public in the absence of sufficient resources. These two dynamics work opposite to each other; that is, capitalism v socialism, caused by the fact that the socialist factor falls on the side of cost of production; therefore, creating a downward pressure on the GDP with a corresponding structural unemployment that is higher than normal caused by an abnormal factor that shuldnt be there. Therefore, rich nations do not utilize, to any great degree, socialism. The only exception is the imposition of environmentalism which bars access to resources reducing it to that of a poor nation. In fact, the environmental paradigm dictates the use of socialism to compensate for their withdrawal.

I’ll tell you a story that makes this laughable: New Smyrna Beach, Florida used to be one of the nicest beaches on the East coast and then about fifteen years ago they passed an ordinance making the area a national sanctuary for turtles to bury their eggs. All of a sudden it now becomes the shark bight capital of the US where big sharks swim just a few feet off the shore. The swimmers stand at the edge of the water watching the sharks swim by.  They even caught and tagged a great white just to the south at Sabastion inlet letting it go just in time for lunch. Do you have any idea what this does to the price of real estate where you can look but dont touch. Or take the Montana Protestors about ten years ago who protested because they were no longer allowed to herd their cattle to market across open territory in Montana. One of them was shot sitting in the back seat of a car and the rest of the leadership was arrested and jailed.  Or the fishery on the coast of California that had been there for generations all of sudden were ordered to move off the shore. Now these examples of the taking of resources from public reach go too far; out of proportion to what capitalist can tolerate before calapsing.

The US cleared a threshold in socialism with the establishment of Medicare in 1967 that provided its primary purpose in Medicare A that would cover hospital care; and with Medicare B (optional) covering medical services.  Up to this point, the US had accepted and assimulated the social cost of Social Security and unemployment benefits. Then during the Obama administration its most wholistic universal venture into socialism came under Obama Care that mandated participation by all of the adult population in the US coupled with Affordable Care covering children thru their immunizations and preschool kindergarden. It became apparent, however, very early on that socialism had reached its tolerance level in a capitalist society with both the original medicare and advantage care bankrupting. When Trump was elected, the mandate for participation was lifted; but ironically, without reopening insurance in the public sector. Thus, if one opts out of Medicare B; they have to fend for themselves to cover medical services; but with means testing beginning at eighty thousand income per year, that ability is very attainable. I myself, opted out of Medicare B two years ago and set up a savings account to cover any medical services which I personally would negotiate and I havent regretted it yet.

The fact is that Medicare is a failed socialist program in the US creating deficits every year requiring the taxpayer to cover thru higher taxes; thats capital and a resource of production. At first, the ratio of the payee to the recipient of services was one on one; now its over ten people to one recipient and thats because of cost. The original Medicare and the HMO advantage plans are both bankrupting. Why not let the people go back to the free market system where premiums can be competitive. Already both the employee and the employer are paying equal shares in the paycheck and those on Medicare plus they are being means tested beginning at $80,000 annual income and up.

The Medicare funds that suddenly poured into the economy caused the Medical industry to go through the roof and now young couples can’t afford medical care for their children without government help. In otherwards, the push upward created by the rush of US dollars, more than consumed the benefit originally anticipated caused by the fact that the cost of medicine is not static but dynamic and when participation increased so dramatiically so did the cost until finally young couples, far from 65 years of age, couldnt afford medical care.

Dependency is anti-democratic and impoverishing. The American people are going to loose their freedom if they don't trash this failing socialist nightmare. What the federal government wants to do is shift everything into Medicaid for the poor at the state level and reopen the public sector for everyone else as it used be. We wouldn’t be any worse off; indeed we would be better off because we would have regained control of our pocketbook and control of the market place which responds accordingly to consumer demands.

A Safety Net: Desalinization & Utilities and Trump's Emergency Order on Bulk-Power

Safety Net: Desalinization &  Utilities in times of Emergency such as the new invention coming out under Renewable Energy in the form of Long Duration Batteries (WJS 9/10/21 "Investors Hunt for Battery Advances"), which should be mandated by every state, capable of supporting electric power from the grid for some time pinpointing emergency outtages from a hurricane, for instance. It doesnt require interstate connections, but independent on site backup.  Currently only 20% of US electric power grids are equipped with this new technology.

The US population has increased 200% in one century going from 108m in 1921 to 330m people in 2019.  Already the west is short of water and in Florida its being fought over with those who want to access the aquifer.  Its not that the natural resources in the US are being lost for lack of conservation; but I dont think that the growth of the population, increasing geometrically, can be ignored.  So rather than wait to see if the US desertifies or a national crisis occurs particularly due to demand, let's start building a safety net undergirding desalinazation, already being developed in the US but still not cost effective yet, and adding new technology that will enable a state to get up and running again after a catestrophic event.  Lets add infrastructure that will remedy this delimma now while we have the opportunity rather than wait and wind up with what happened in Texas where over a hundred million gallons of water was lost because of bursting frozen pipes and the residents having to wait for negotiations to clear regulations.  You do know that Texas, Arizona and parts of California are desertifying? I think with 9/11 and the 2020 pandemic, we have learned the benefit of preparedness something I learned a long time ago in asset and property management. Moreover, our vulnerability to war demands this kind of protection in a globalizing World in which our borders are more porous than ever .

Ex. Ord. No. 13920. Securing the United States Bulk-Power System

Ex. Ord. No. 13920, May 1, 2020, 85 F.R. 26595, provided:

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (50 U.S.C. 1701 et seq.) (IEEPA), the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1601 et seq.) (NEA), and section 301 of title 3, United States Code,

I, DONALD J. TRUMP, President of the United States of America, find that foreign adversaries are increasingly creating and exploiting vulnerabilities in the United States bulk-power system, which provides the electricity that supports our national defense, vital emergency services, critical infrastructure, economy, and way of life. The bulk-power system is a target of those seeking to commit malicious acts against the United States and its people, including malicious cyber activities, because a successful attack on our bulk-power system would present significant risks to our economy, human health and safety, and would render the United States less capable of acting in defense of itself and its allies. I further find that the unrestricted acquisition or use in the United States of bulk-power system electric equipment designed, developed, manufactured, or supplied by persons owned by, controlled by, or subject to the jurisdiction or direction of foreign adversaries augments the ability of foreign adversaries to create and exploit vulnerabilities in bulk-power system electric equipment, with potentially catastrophic effects. I therefore determine that the unrestricted foreign supply of bulk-power system electric equipment constitutes an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security, foreign policy, and economy of the United States, which has its source in whole or in substantial part outside the United States. This threat exists both in the case of individual acquisitions and when acquisitions are considered as a class. Although maintaining an open investment climate in bulk-power system electric equipment, and in the United States economy more generally, is important for the overall growth and prosperity of the United States, such openness must be balanced with the need to protect our Nation against a critical national security threat. To address this threat, additional steps are required to protect the security, integrity, and reliability of bulk-power system electric equipment used in the United States. In light of these findings, I hereby declare a national emergency with respect to the threat to the United States bulk-power system.

Accordingly, I hereby order:

…

Sec. 3. Task Force on Federal Energy Infrastructure Procurement Policies Related to National Security. (a) There is hereby established a Task Force on Federal Energy Infrastructure Procurement Policies Related to National Security (Task Force), which shall work to protect the Nation from national security threats through the coordination of Federal Government procurement of energy infrastructure and the sharing of risk information and risk management practices to inform such procurement. The Task Force shall be chaired by the Secretary or the Secretary's designee.

(b) In addition to the Chair of the Task Force (Chair), the Task Force membership shall include the following heads of agencies, or their designees:

✅. Imprisonment is a part of the institutions of civilization for crimes intended to remove a person from society who poses a threat; other than that rehabilitation is a second objective with release as a purview ; to this end, torture, which , for, the State of Florida attempted to make law, is  prohibited.

✅ The US is no World Police Force though a peaceful nation ready to defend her own territory
